There are so many examples that highlight how Joe Biden’s broken border and the Democrats’ sanctuary city policies are hurting our country.
But Elon Musk and Fox’s Bill Melugin tag-teamed to bring attention to an important one: how the local democratic sanctuary cities like Boston release allegedly dangerous illegal aliens, despite ICE wanting them to be held so they can pick them up and deport them.
Melugin was riding along with ICE to find one alleged child sex offender.

According to Melugin:
ICE Boston says this Brazilian illegal alien was apprehended by Border Patrol in AZ in July 2021, then released into the U.S., & later arrested in Massachusetts for child rape in Dec. 2023. ICE says the Milford District Court ignored their detainer request & released him into the community on $5,000 bail without notice in late January. We were embedded with ICE as they found & arrested him in Lowell, MA, two weeks ago. Photo I took during the arrest is below. This is yet another example of a border catch and release allegedly committing a heinous crime in the U.S., and a local jurisdiction in MA refusing to cooperate w/ ICE on an alleged child rapist.
ICE statement: “This Brazilian noncitizen is accused of sexually abusing a Massachusetts minor,” said ICE Boston Field Office Director Todd Lyons. “Every second he spends roaming free in our communities, he represents a potential threat to the children of our communities. The men and women of ICE Boston will always prioritize public safety by protecting the residents of New England from egregious noncitizen offenders.”
Melugin explained that this was the fourth alleged child rapist that ICE was going after that morning.

How could anyone just let someone accused of being a child sex offender go like that into the community, especially when they know they could hand them over to ICE? That’s how off-kilter the radical Democrats in these areas now are. And this is all built on top of Joe Biden leaving the door open for all kinds of unvetted people to come pouring across the border.

It may not completely clear up because you have to deal with all the local sanctuary cities, but it would be greatly helped by voting Joe Biden out in November and changing the script on how all of this is approached by the federal government. But it needs to be called out wherever we see it so these folks will be shamed for putting the communities in danger.
