Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate are expanding in Queensland with Angie Keegan servicing Plainland and Janice Cox taking on Caboolture.

Servicing Plainland and the surrounding areas is Angie Keegan. 

Ms Keegan’s journey in the Real Estate industry commenced in 2015.

Janice Cox has joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand, servicing Caboolture and the surrounding areas. 

Ms Cox is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the property industry.

Committed to delivering positive outcomes for her clients, Janice combines her extensive expertise with a dedicated “never give up” mindset. 

Her in-depth knowledge of the local area, unwavering professionalism, and persistent attitude ensure a seamless and stress-free transaction process.

Ms Cox excels in building strong relationships with clients, employing effective communication, and delivering exceptional service characterised by attention to detail and transparency. 

A resident of the Moreton Bay region for over two decades, she brings a wealth of experience in various aspects of property transactions, including State Government housing, administration, conveyancing, and negotiation skills.

In addition to her qualifications, Ms Cox has served as a qualified Justice of the Peace for more than 25 years, actively participating in the Justice of the Peace Community Program.

Furthermore, she extends her commitment by offering Justice of the Peace services to clients involved in real estate transactions.
