Cameron made a visit to the Jewish state this week, it appears, like the Biden administration, in hopes of dissuading Israel to respond to Iran’s attacks.

United Kingdom Foreign Secretary David Cameron said Wednesday that Israel has decided to respond to the attacks Iran launched against Israel over the weekend.
Cameron’s remarks come as the foreign secretary traveled to Israel on Wednesday, just days after Iran launched a missile and drone attack on the U.S. ally.
The UK’s Foreign Ministry office shared Cameron’s comments:
The situation is very concerning. It’s right to show solidarity with Israel. It’s right to have made our views clear about what should happen next.
But it’s clear the Israelis are making a decision to act. We hope they do so in a way that does as little to escalate this as possible.
