Joe Biden was at campaign events in Philadelphia on Thursday, including an event with members of the Kennedy family.

That of course is meant to be a dig at Robert Kennedy Jr., who is also running for president. But the members of the Kennedy family who were there got a closer look at the guy they’re throwing their weight behind, and I hope they took it all in–because he was full-on incoherent during his remarks.

Was this an attempt to quote the Declaration of Independence? If so, it went off the rails, as it wasn’t what the Declaration said. He slurred and stumbled his way through it. The slurring is getting worse, too.

He starts yelling that he’s cut the budget by a lot. That isn’t true, but hey, what do facts mean? He’s “proud.”

That was White House Karine Jean-Pierre’s justification for Biden’s falsehoods about his uncle and the cannibals. Apparently, being proud means you can say anything, true or not.

Biden slurred through a claim that the Kennedy family member behind him had “saved the planet” from climate change, “literally.”

Yeah, no.

But then, he really went into incoherence when he said there was a choice.

“Are you ready to choose freedom over democracy? Because that’s America!” Biden ranted.

Um, Joe, do you even know what you are saying anymore? Aren’t they always crying that democracy is at stake? What is he saying here? This is similar to when he talked about choosing truth over facts — he has no idea what he is saying anymore.

But then, he headed out to a Wawa to get some food, and even there he had difficulty; he needed help just to close a box, he was that helpless.

Then he went wandering off.

He was so helpless, the staff had to arrange everything, even the tip. It’s all scripted.

Compare that to the other day when Trump went to a bodega, and there were wild cheers, with him being the driving force behind everything.
