Shaun O’Callaghan has rebranded his Torquay agency to Natural Real Estate as the business looks to build its own identify.

The Announcement:

One Agency Surf Coast, a leading Torquay real estate agency, has unveiled a new name and look this week, marking a significant milestone in its journey by transforming into Natural Real Estate.

Led by Shaun O’Callaghan, the company’s director, this rebranding initiative signifies a pivotal moment for the team to solidify its unique identity.

“After operating under the One Agency umbrella for eight fantastic years, the timing felt right for us to carve out our own distinct brand,” Mr O’Callaghan said.

“This change enables us to continue to do the work we know and love, just in bigger and better ways.”

The transition to Natural Real Estate not only represents a shift in name but also unlocks new possibilities for service expansion beyond the Surf Coast.

Collaborating with Geelong-based creative agency, Ruck, Mr O’Callaghan’s team meticulously crafted the essence of the new brand and its visual identity.

“The name ‘Natural’ is not only a nod to our local environment but also reflects our steadfast commitment to a professional yet grounded approach to helping people achieve their property goals,” Mr O’Callaghan said.

“We’ve woven this natural ethos into our brand’s look, drawing inspiration from colours of our local environment.”

Mr O’Callaghan highlighted the rarity of a real estate agency adopting such a natural aesthetic.

“We recognised an opportunity to differentiate ourselves through a unique and creative visual identity, aiming to elevate both our brand and our clients’ properties,” he said.

Despite the new name and appearance, Mr O’Callaghan said the company’s core values remained the same.

“Our team remains unchanged, with the same passion and dedication to providing an unmatched real estate experience for our clients,” he said.
