JLL appoints Carey Mudge as state manager for project and development services

Mr Mudge has been appointed to the role following the promotion of Alan McKay to Managing Director for PDS – Australia and New Zealand.

JLL has appointed Carey Mudge as Head of Project and Development Services (PDS) – Victoria and Tasmania.

Mr Mudge has been appointed to the role following the promotion of Alan McKay to Managing Director for PDS – Australia and New Zealand.

“Carey’s promotion is a result of his exceptional performance and sustained contribution to the success of JLL’s project business in Victoria over a number of years,” Mr McKay said. 

He said Mr Mudge has demonstrated exceptional project management skills and the ability to provide guidance and solid advice to clients and colleagues alike. 

“Carey has a clear vision and strategic plan for expanding our business further,” he said.

“His expertise in leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities has been instrumental in entering into new sectors, particularly within government and education.”

Mr McKay said Mr Mudge’s work in the education sector has positioned JLL as a trusted partner in delivering projects for government schools, with an eye on expansion into private and tertiary institutions. 

“Carey’s extensive networks in the commercial property sector will be a valuable asset in driving growth and creating partnerships,” he said.

Speaking on his appointment, Mr Mudge said it was a great honour to be entrusted with the opportunity to take the Victorian team to new horizons. 

“Our business continues to cement our position in the Victorian market as one of the leading providers of project management and construction management services,” Mr Mudge said.
