NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee Tony Stewart has relisted his luxurious Indiana ranch at a reduced price.

Initially set at US$30 million in 2022, the Hidden Hollow Ranch is now on the market for US$22.5 million, according to the Robb Report.

Located in Columbus, just an hour from Indianapolis, the property sprawls more than 400 acres and includes a sizeable nine-acre lake.

Stewart, who acquired the ranch in the early 2000s, demolished the original dwelling and completed the new estate in 2011.

The main house, spanning nearly 1858sq m, is constructed from lodge pole pine sourced from the Northern Rockies.

It features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and is part of a licensed hunting preserve with elk, deer, and turkey.

Retired from professional racing after the 2016 season, 52-year-old Stewart is a three-time Cup Series champion.

Post-retirement, he co-owns Stewart-Haas Racing with Gene Haas and supports his wife, Leah Pruett, a racer who is pausing her career in 2024 to focus on family planning.

The ranch, which Stewart describes as his “dream home,” offers a blend of entertainment and relaxation, with opportunities for hunting, fishing, and off-roading.

The property includes a grand entryway with a two-story waterfall, a koi stream, and a bridge leading to a great room with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, an 32,933-litre aquarium, and an 85-inch retractable TV.

The kitchen boasts high-end appliances and leads to a formal dining and family room.

The master bedroom is a highlight with a private fireplace and a luxurious bathroom.

The ranch also houses a 325sq m guesthouse, a workshop, a six-car garage, and a lower level with a bar, billiards, a golf simulator, a bowling alley, and a gym.

Additionally, the estate is zoned for bed and breakfast use, adding potential for commercial activity amidst its scenic views and vast recreational facilities.
