Sharnee Hundy has returned to Laing+Simmons as senior property manager as she looks to support the group’s growing state-wide network.

The Announcement:

Laing+Simmons has expanded its in-house property management team with the appointment of Sharnee Hundy, boosting the complete property management service it delivers through head office to its state-wide network of offices.

Ms Hundy joins the corporate team as senior property manager, though she is no stranger to the Laing+Simmons family.

Previously, she helped coordinate the busy rent roll of three western Sydney-based offices as part of Laing+Simmons The Abassi Group.

Now she re-joins Laing+Simmons to take up a key role in Head of Property Management Michael Anania’s Corporate property management team.

“The in-house property management service we facilitate for our offices at the corporate level is one of our brand’s key points of difference,” Mr Anania said.

“From head office, we can perform the property management functions of our offices to whatever degree they need.

“Some offices need us to manage specific tasks, while others require us to take care of the entire property management function.

“Our offices may have a property manager take a week’s holiday and need someone to sit in the chair.

“We can do that too.

“Whatever PM support they need, we have the resources in place, and with Sharnee now part of the team, our capacity to deliver a seamless service at the corporate level is enhanced.”
