RE/MAX Australia invited its highest achievers to an exclusive event recently, held at the impressive Crystalbrook Vincent, a sustainable luxury hotel carved into the soaring cliff face at Howard Smith Wharves.

The hotel, which showcases original artworks and 500 giclee prints by acclaimed Australian artist Vincent Fantauzzo, was the perfect setting for the Diamond Event, which celebrated million-dollar-plus agents and congratulated those who earned the real estate network’s Diamond status in 2023.

The bold style and energy of the hotel was the perfect backdrop for 30 guests to hear three powerhouse speakers, value the lessons learned through peer relationships, and enjoy the social side of the event.

RE/MAX Australia’s Managing Director, Joel Davoren, opened the day, with key messages involving customer experiences.

“Throughout the day’s program, there were insights to elevate not only their business and marketing strategies but also their mindset,” he said.

Three special guests added value to the conversation.

Digital marketing expert Josh Cobb was the first of the top-shelf presenters.

The field of AI was his subject in ‘Fear and Fascination’, where he shared compelling case studies, essential integration steps and revealed surprising applications of AI.

Next up was Kristen Hansen, the visionary founder of EnHansen Performance, who took the eager audience into the world of high performance and influence, all through the lens of neuroscience.

Elite performing agent Kelly Qualtrough was the third presenter in a session that gave the opportunity to engage with her personally and gain valuable insights into those strategies behind her success.

“Kelly’s committed approach to exceptional customer service is the foundation upon which her real estate success lies,” Mr Davoren said.

“Our ‘Diamonds’ are our stars, so it is always an honour to bring them together,” he said.

“A diamond is considered a symbol of strength and resilience, and this group of top performers is a reminder that we are all capable of shining bright, and adding brilliance and radiance to our lives.”

The highly successful event is a regular on RE/MAX Australia’s professional development calendar.
