Alexandra Sumovic, Katrina Wise and Darren Richards have joined LJ Hooker as they embark on their next phase of growth.

The Announcement:

LJ Hooker has made a trio of network-facing appointments to support the continued expansion of the brand and the growth of its network of offices.

Alexandra Sumovic has been appointed State Manager to drive the strategy for LJ Hooker’s New South Wales and ACT offices.

With almost 20 years of experience in real estate sales and network support, Mrs Sumovic has rejoined LJ Hooker, where she previously held the role of Network Performance Manager.

She’ll lead a team in NSW that has been bolstered by the addition of Network Performance Manager Darren Richards.

He has worked in all corners of real estate, including property development and training, as well as leading a successful Sydney agency for 15 years.

And in Queensland, Katrina Wise has joined LJ Hooker as Network Performance Manager.

Ms Wise has a longstanding association with LJ Hooker around the country: she opened an LJ Hooker franchise in Albury before spending several years in the Network Performance category for the brand in Victoria and Tasmania.

LJ Hooker Group’s General Manager of Network, Stephen Mutton, said the addition of the trio would be welcomed by business owners.

“Together, Alexandra, Darren and Katrina bring many decades of experience to our service offering,” Mr Mutton said.

“They recognise our innovative franchise offering and how it can elevate performance through industry-leading technology and marketing solutions, proven training and a collaborative culture.

“We’re supporting our business owners and their teams at a time when market sentiment is lifting and so is the opportunity to win market share.”

Mrs Sumovic said she was excited to support businesses in their sales and property management growth, profitability and recruitment.

“I’m excited to be returning to LJ Hooker, and I see real value in how the brand is supporting its offices under the leadership of (CEO) Christine Mikhael and Steve Mutton,” Mrs Sumovic said.

“Their vision is closely aligned to mine, providing businesses with the tools and support to maximise productivity and profitability.”
