Greg Allan named CEO of Harcourts Queensland

Experienced leader Greg Allan has come on board as CEO of Harcourts Queensland as the group aims to ramp up its growth trajectory.

Harcourts Australia has scored a significant industry coup with the appointment of highly regarded real estate leader Greg Allan as CEO of Harcourts Queensland.

Harcourts Australia CEO, Adrian Knowles, said he was excited to bring Mr Allan into the Harcourts team.

“Securing an industry veteran in Greg ensures we have strong leadership ready to help our Queensland network achieve success in what is formidable property market conditions and drive our ambitious growth plans,” Mr Knowles said. 

“Importantly for us, Greg’s experience spans a wide spectrum of functions which are the foundations of a successful business. 

“His ability to increase productivity, cultivate a culture of learning and implement successful strategies to help owner retain, recruit and grow market share will be a giant leap forward for the team in Queensland.”

With over 21 years in the real estate industry across a number of roles, from residential sales to state manager of one of Queensland’s leading franchise networks; Mr Allan has spent the past eight years managing some of the largest and most successful real estate offices in Queensland; leading, coaching and training some of the best real estate agents, sales managers, and principals in the country.

Mr Allan brings a wealth of experience, proven success and a strong moral compass, something he knows will put the network in good stead for ambitious growth plans ahead as CEO of Harcourts Queensland.

“I’m passionate about getting the best result for our clients, and focused on working closely with agents and offices on honing and developing their strategy, processes and skills,” Mr Allan said.

With Queensland real estate recording some of the strongest growth in the country, Mr Allan’s appointment is another exciting development for Harcourts.
