In a notable real estate transaction in the Beverly Hills Post Office area, K-pop icon Lalisa ‘Lisa’ Manoban has acquired a newly renovated Spanish Mediterranean-style residence for just under US$4 million.

The Blackpink star’s purchase follows the House of Rolison’s transformative renovation of the property, originally listed at US$4.2 million, according to the Robb Report.

This firm, led by Los Angeles-based designers Taylor Hahn and Amanda Leigh, has a reputation for revitalising historic homes with modern sensibilities while preserving their original character.

The property, constructed in the early 1920s, underwent extensive renovations to breathe new life into its classic architectural features.

Now, the 316sq m home offers a harmonious blend of contemporary design and historical elements.

The interior showcases stone walls, custom-stained cedar ceilings, and light fixtures imported from Italy, complemented by a new terracotta roof.

Accommodations in the home include four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The layout features a main-level living room with a fireplace and French doors leading to a balcony, a dining room under a vaulted ceiling, and a modern kitchen equipped with oak cabinetry, marble countertops, and high-end appliances.

A standout is the primary bedroom, which boasts a luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a rainfall shower.

Nestled on over an acre of secluded land, the property’s exterior spaces are just as impressive.

The grounds offer a dining terrace with a pizza oven and a spacious lawn with potential for a swimming pool, as per included plans.

Parking includes a two-car garage and additional driveway space.

Lisa, a Thailand-born musician, has been building a solo career alongside her activities with Blackpink.

She has recently signed a deal with RCA Records, allowing her to retain ownership of her music, and is also preparing for her acting debut in the upcoming season of HBO’s The White Lotus.

The sale was facilitated by Brock Harris and Lori Harris of Brock & Lori Real Estate, with Farrah Brittany of The Agency.

Amy Black of Redfin represented the buyer.
