Only one month after becoming one of the nation’s largest independent agencies, Coastal Property Agents has already expanded north to Coomera.

The Announcement:

In a move that underscores its rapid growth, Coastal Property Agents announced this week the opening of its sixth Gold Coast office in Coomera.

This expansion, occurring just one month after becoming one of the nation’s largest independent real estate agencies, denotes Coastal’s dynamic approach to catering to the burgeoning market demands and its commitment to delivering exceptional service across the Gold Coast.

The new premises, a 199sq m space within the vibrant hub of Coomera Square, on the corner of Days and Old Coach Road, has been secured on a seven-year lease at $663.32 per sqm/year, marking a significant investment in the future of real estate in the region.

Dane Atherton, Founder, alongside Rob Forde, Sales Director, is driving the continued expansion.

Mr Atherton explained that the choice of Coomera as the location for Coastal’s sixth office was strategic.

“We’ve been eyeing this market for some time, aiming to find the perfect spot to service the region and Coomera Square offers exactly what we were looking for,” Mr Atherton said.

“This location in the recognised growth corridor of Coomera enables us to service the entire northern end of the Gold Coast.

“As the Gold Coast evolves, the northern suburbs are coming of age with improved levels of infrastructure enhancing its appeal.

“As a result, we’re seeing a trend of lifestyle buyers gravitating to the northern end.

“From an investment standpoint, there’s exceptional rental returns and the capital growth we’re seeing is significant.

“There are some beautiful acreage properties in the city’s north supported by a huge number of amenities, and this expansion positions Coastal to tap into the growth we’re seeing in the northern suburbs.”

According to Mr Forde, the office, which includes a dedicated auction room, is currently being tailored to Coastal’s high standards, with the fit-out commencing this week.

“The plans for the fit-out include space for 20 sales agents, a mix of existing and new recruits to accommodate talent growth in this new marketplace,” Mr Forde said.

“We’re committed to providing a dynamic and engaging way for properties to be marketed and sold that aligns with the experience our community is seeking.”

With this new office, Coastal has risen from humble beginnings in 2011 to boast six strategic locations across the Gold Coast, including Broadbeach, Paradise Point, Robina, Palm Beach, Coastal Commercial and now Coomera, providing unparalleled reach and service.

“This expansion further solidifies our commitment under the Coastal brand to truly service the entire Gold Coast,” Mr Atherton said.

“From Coomera to Coolangatta and beyond, we’ve got it covered.”

Central to Coastal’s ethos is a culture of authenticity and support.

“We take our jobs seriously, but not ourselves,” Mr Atherton said.

He said that this philosophy extends to their commitment to nurturing talent within the company, offering ample room for growth and providing the best marketing and technology tools to serve their clients effectively.

“The opening of the Upper Coomera office is a testament to Coastal’s innovative approach to real estate and its dedication to the Gold Coast community,” Mr Atherton said.

“It marks a significant milestone in Coastal’s journey, reinforcing its position as a leader in the Australian real estate industry.”
