Commercial property experts Oliver Totani, Jack Dyson and Harry Einarson have joined forces to open RWC Adelaide with a focus on the middle markets.

The Announcement:

With nearly three decades of real estate experience between them, renowned Adelaide commercial property agents Oliver Totani, Jack Dyson and Harry Einarson have teamed up to open RWC Adelaide.

Oliver, Jack and Harry will be supported by EA Caitlin Du Rieu with their immediate focus to be on maintaining their significant market share in the middle market space, sales of those assets in the $5 million to $50 million range.

“Adelaide in the middle market space, is driven by high net wealth private investors, family offices and boutique syndicates, it’s our goal to be their preferred and trusted property partner” Mr Einarson said.

“We want to be the go-to agency in the middle markets.”

Mr Totani said they wanted to establish RWC Adelaide as a clear alternative within the South Australian commercial property landscape.

“We want to be well known for providing market-leading advice with total accountability, underpinned by our sole focus to deliver the outcomes our clients expect,” Mr Totani said.

Business ownership was always the next goal with the trio keen to continue growing within the Adelaide market.

“The RWC brand doesn’t have a big presence in Adelaide yet and the three of us feel like we can take that to the next level,” Mr Dyson said.

Mr Totani said joining RWC made sense for them as Ray White’s values aligned with theirs.

“The White Family’s reputation speaks for itself, our partnership team aligned immediately with their family first ethos,” he said.

“The national brand and network, gives us the opportunity to scale up quickly, whilst providing our clients with a best-in-class property tech platform and investor/client interface”.

“Ultimately, our partnership with RWC we believe will give our clients a platform that delivers high levels of success.”

RWC Head James Linacre welcomed the trio to the family.

“Oliver, Jack and Harry are experts in their field and we are excited to have them join us here at RWC,” Mr Linacre said.

Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White said he was excited with the new team.

“We have been looking to expand the RWC network in Adelaide for quite some time, and we couldn’t be prouder to welcome Oliver, Jack and Harry to the family group,” Mr White said.

“They bring enormous ambition and energy to our group. We are thrilled to be their partners on their journey to build a remarkable business.”
