Highly regarded leader in the property management sector Todd Madgwick has joined the team at luxury Gold Coast real estate agency Kollosche in what is a key hire for the burgeoning business.

Backed by more than 20 years industry experience, Mr Madgwick joins as the Head of Property Management and is responsible for driving the growth and performance of Kollosche’s commercial and residential property management division.

Holding a Diploma of Business, Mr Madgwick’s exceptional leadership skills have been widely recognised by his peers and the wider industry, receiving accolades alongside several agency awards.

At Kollosche, Mr Madgwick is keen to grow the property management division, while providing mentorship to those who work alongside him.

“My fundamentals are all about growth,” Mr Madgwick said.

Mr Madgwick said the secret to achieving this success within property management is having effective communication skills and a dedication to acting swiftly.
