Sonia Lennon joins Harcourts SA leadership team

Harcourts South Australia has appointed Sonia Lennon as their new Property Management Operations Manager, bringing 14 years of property and operations management experience to the role.

Ms Lennon’s appointment strengthens Harcourts’ commitment to supporting network growth and maintaining excellence in client service across South Australia.

Throughout her career, Ms Lennon has built a reputation for leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning, consistently demonstrating her ability to optimize team performance and streamline operations.

Her expertise in financial oversight and team management has positioned her as a respected industry leader, making her well-suited to support Harcourts’ Property Management teams across the network.

“I consider it a true privilege to have the opportunity to provide the support and guidance so crucial to my own personal and professional development within Harcourts,” Ms Lennon said.

“My focus will be continued recognition of the Harcourts brand and showcasing ongoing growth within our network by delivering strong support and training to departments and individuals, helping them feel valued and well-prepared.”

Harcourts South Australia CEO Heather Edwards expressed confidence in the appointment.

“Sonia has cultivated a deep understanding of business operations and financial oversight, paired with outstanding leadership and strategic planning skills,” Ms Edwards said.
