HOUSTON (KIAH) — Some roads that closed due to flooding last week are now back open. The bridge over the West Lake Houston Parkway reopened Sunday while the underpass at Hamblen is still closed. The exit ramps off the Eastex Freeway at San Jacinto are also back open.
