Rechelle Hosier is looking forward to helping grow the RealtyAssist brand after taking on the role of national sales manager.

Ms Hosier has joined the leading pay later platform for real estate agents after having spent more than a decade running sales teams for real estate platforms.

She said the chance to be part of a company that is growing by the day was something that drew her to the business.

“I think RealtyAssist have a really great product and there’s the opportunity to get some really good penetration into the market,” Ms Hosier said.

“I felt the business culture was really good as well and that really attracted me to the company.”

RealtyAssist provides the real estate sector with a range of services to make life easier including assistance with cash flow, conversion of listings as well as tenancy lease applications by advancing funds.

In her role as national sales manager, Ms Hosier will work with the sales team to help grow the business while collaborating with the product team to make sure they are on the same page.

“I’ve been in sales for my entire career, so I generally go in and understand the product and market and then look to grow that within the organisation and then lead people to try and do the same sort of things I’ve been doing,” she said.

Ms Hosier said would focus on integrating with the team first.

“My first goal is really to understand the team and get the team to trust me, my abilities and what I can bring to the table and then understanding the products, the ins and outs and the market and make sure there is the right market fit,” she said.

She said that she would like to help make RealtyAssist the leading company in the sector.

“I would love to see RealtyAssist be the number one brand that people think of when borrowing money across multiple avenues,” she said.

“Not just when they’re selling their home, but looking at different ways that they can use our products and services.”
