Nathan Duong, Thu Nguyen and Tin Duong have come together to launch a new Ray White office in Cabramatta in Sydney’s west.

The Announcement:

A trio of locally known and respected real estate professionals are thrilled to announce that they have joined Australasia’s largest real estate group in Cabramatta, a hub in the ever-growing Western Sydney.

Tin Duong, Thu Nguyen and Nathan Duong have all had their own impressive careers in real estate, and have now come together to create a one-stop-shop for the real estate needs of Cabramatta locals.

“We have been in the industry for nearly 30 years combined, and we all entered the industry with the same common goal; to work hard for our clients and leave a lasting impression on our community,” Tin Duong said.

Tin Duong predominately specialises in property management, and his step-brother Nathan Duong is experienced in sales, having owned real estate agencies in the past.

Thy Nguyen is an expert in rentals and leasing.

On the decision to move to Ray White, the team said that they wanted to truly make a splash and compete in the Cabramatta market by joining the most well-known brand.

“Ray White is the biggest name in real estate, and with that comes trust and respect from the local community,” Nathan Duong said.

The team pride themselves on a huge network of connections in the region, having relocated straight to Cabramatta when they moved here from Vietnam 25 years ago.

“The culture is amazing and the people are lovely,” Nathan Duong said.

“Because we have been here for so long, we have built a good reputation.

“There is a large Vietnamese community in the area , with the best food you can find!”

Nathan Duong said that the market is strong in Cabramatta, and that it helps to be part of the tight-knit and growing Vietnamese and Chinese communities.

“Western Sydney is experiencing very high levels of demand, across apartments, houses and townhouses,” he said.

“We are also very accessible to the M5 and the new airport in Western Sydney.”

Tin Duong said that it is an honour to manage the sale or lease of someone’s largest asset, and he gets joy out of providing advice and insight.

“We are truly passionate about buying, selling and managing real estate,” he said.

“We believe that our skills combined will be a force to be reckoned with, and that through our networks we will be able to recruit more excellent individuals into our team.”

Ray White NSW CEO Tim Snell welcomed back the trio to the Ray White family.

“Having worked personally with this team as Ray White network members in the past, welcoming them in as business owners celebrates their professional growth as leaders in the industry,” Mr Snell said.

“We are thrilled to add this team to our network of market-leading offices, and look forward to supporting their ambition to grow in our important Western Sydney market.”
