Laing+Simmons has continued to expand its reach with two new offices opening across Sydney.

The Announcement:

Growth remains a focus in 2024 for the Laing+Simmons boutique network, which has just welcomed two new offices in Sydney.

Laing+Simmons Lakemba and Laing+Simmons Five Dock | Drummoyne have just opened their doors and the Group’s Head of People and Growth, Jacqui Barnes, said it showed the Laing+Simmons culture was resonating with leading local agents and agencies.

“The corporate team has worked hard to ensure Laing+Simmons is a strong and inclusive brand, which empowers real estate professionals to do what they do best,” Ms Barnes said.

“This means trusting that leading agents know their local markets and providing training, mentoring and support which is tailored to their businesses and individual team members.

“The best local real estate business owners and agents don’t need to fit into a mould.

“We work side-by-side with our network partners, respecting the fact that they know their markets, and collaborate to implement bespoke support solutions for them to succeed.

“It’s a level of flexibility, underpinned by care, that has been the key to our growth in recent times and will continue to be.

“We’re thrilled to welcome everyone in the Laing+Simmons Lakemba and Laing+Simmons Five Dock | Drummoyne teams to our brand, to share their journey to success.”

From its office in the heart of Five Dock, the Rupolo family has serviced the Inner West market for the past 30 years, most recently under an independent brand.

Director of the new Laing+Simmons Five Dock | Drummoyne, Joseph Rupolo, felt a rebrand with a well-known franchise network would support the family business’s next phase of growth.

“We were looking for a strong brand which would complement, not complicate, what we stand for,” Mr Rupolo said.

“We’ve been part of the local community for many years and in this time, the market has changed, buyer and vendor behaviours have adapted, tech has evolved, but the relationships we’ve always prioritised remain as important ever to our success.

“In meeting with the team at Laing+Simmons, we could tell relationships were at the heart of their approach as well.

“There was a strong alignment of values.”

Laing+Simmons Lakemba Principal, Syed Hasan, spoke to a number of networks, large and small, and said the decision to join the boutique Laing+Simmons network came down to the scope of support.

“It was very apparent from the first meeting that, from the front desk to the back end, the support system is there,” Mr Hasan said.

“Combined with the family-type atmosphere created by the company’s culture, it’s clear that Laing+Simmons is the right network to be a part of as we embark on our next phase of growth.

“The company’s training and recruitment support is something we will leverage in the short-term as we look to add experienced local sales people to the team and build a dominant market share.”

Laing+Simmons Lakemba is located at 68 The Boulevarde, Lakemba. Laing+Simmons Five Dock | Drummoyne is located at 133 Great North Road, Five Dock.
