Top agent, Kelly Qualtrough, has moved to Ray White One Group, where she will look to increase her presence across Everton Park.

The announcement:

One of Brisbane’s leading agents Kelly Qualtrough, has joined Rob Green and the powerhouse team at Ray White One Group.

Ms Qualtrough has been specialising in Everton Park and The Hills suburbs on Brisbane’s northside for more than 15 years.

“I am a huge champion and advocate for Everton Park,” Ms Qualtrough said.

“I have loved watching my community grow over the years, I absolutely love it! In recent years significant investment and infrastructure have gone into these areas and to have a spotlight on them is so exciting.”

Ray White One Group Principal, Rob Green, said he was enormously proud to welcome Ms Qualtrough and her team to the leading group.

“Kelly’s remarkable track record as a successful sales operator precedes her, and we’re thrilled to have someone of her calibre choose to join us,” Mr Green said.

“Kelly’s values, which resonate deeply with ours, are sure to enrich our collective efforts and strengthen our commitment to excellence.

“Here’s to an exciting journey ahead, which I know will be filled with success for our clients and meaningful collaborations.

“Together our expanding group of legends will continue to uphold the standards of excellence that define the Ray White legacy.”

Ms Qualtrough said she’d been blessed to have had great experiences in this industry and learned from amazing mentors and coaches.

“It’s been a brilliant opportunity to join Ray White,” she said.

“The systems, support, structure and – most excitingly – my future plans with Robert Green and the Ray White One Group are moving forward at pace and an invigorating next step.

“I’m a very family oriented person, so to join Ray White, a fourth generation family owned and led business, speaks volumes to me.

“Not many people know this, I grew up on a farm so I’m a country girl at heart.

“Growing up on a farm teaches you the value of hard work that’s for sure!

“Along with being very down to earth and doing what you say you’re going to do.

“Being part of a community that looks after each other is second nature to me, and I think that grounding has served me well in real estate.”

Ms Qualtrough predicts that Everton Park will be a major mini-CBD within the next decade.

“The community has a wonderful mix of older residents who essentially built the area up from when it was open land in the post WWII years and 1950s, raised families here, to now a new generation of first home buyers getting their start, attracted to the resurgence restaurants, bars, new library and shops have given the area,” she said.

“Because of that balance of maturity and youth, the community has a vibrant feel to it.”

Ms Qualtrough sells all types of properties – from penthouses in the city to acreage.

“The vast majority of the clients I work for own homes locally,” she said.

“Working to elevate and get premium prices for family homes is our absolute niche.

“It’s been a privilege to work for so many sellers and to have so much word of mouth and repeat business tells me we are on the right track.

“It’s going to be a strong year for sellers.

“Unlike last year, with interest rates stabilising it means that people are more confident to put their properties on the market and know they can buy or rent something else.

“With so much buyer interest focussed on Queensland, it will still be important for sellers to have the right agent in their corner to achieve the best outcome to suit their family and situation,  as we are still seeing outstanding results that require skilled negotiation to achieve.”
