Kaley Cuoco has officially sold the contemporary Agoura Hills, California, home that she first listed a year ago, Realtor.com reports. The secluded 5,647-square-foot pad, which boasts panoramic mountain and hillside views, finally sold last week for a little under $5.5 million after a series of price cuts from its initial $7 million ask in June 2023. The Flight Attendant and Big Bang Theory star bought the four-bedroom, four-bathroom dwelling from actor Taylor Lautner in April 2022 for $5.25 million.

Built in 2020, the white stucco-sided structure features stone and wide plank oak flooring and tons of tall windows and glass pocket doors to take full advantage of those mountain vistas. An open plan primary living space hosts a fireplace-warmed living room, a dining area, and a sleek kitchen with minimalist wood cabinetry, sans hardware, as well as a generously sized waterfall-edge white marble island complete with a breakfast bar.

Cuoco bought a larger $6.4 million Thousand Oaks, California, ranch-style dwelling last September. That 7,000-square-foot abode similarly features an open-plan living room with walls of sliding glass, a wet bar, and a wine cellar. It appears the actor also still owns a three-bedroom Studio City, Los Angeles, townhouse condo that she bought for $720,000 in 2015 and a 40-acre horse ranch in Thousand Oaks that she bought for about $5 million in 2017.
