Months after selling the Brentwood Park, California, residence where they raised their now-adult children, mega movie producer Judd Apatow and his actor wife Leslie Mann have moved to Beverly Hills. According to Robb Report, the Hollywood power couple recently closed on a $32 million ranch home in the western section of the premiere neighborhood. Maurice Marciano, the home’s former owner (and the founder of famed clothing brand Guess), incurred a loss on the sale of the 9,300-square-foot residence. Marciano bought the recently renovated house for $35.5 million about a year ago.

Tucked behind hedges, the 1950s build embodies classic California indoor-outdoor living. A long stone walkway which seems to float over a pebble-filled water feature leads to a glass door entrance, providing views straight through to the backyard. Retractable steel-and-glass doors envelope most of the home’s walls, including the five en suite bedrooms that each lead to their own private outdoor spaces.

No expense was spared when it came to the abode’s premium finishes, such as the cashmere wrapping in the media room and silk adorning the ceilings and walls of the dining room (which also has a temperature-controlled, glass-encased wine wall). High-end materials like hand-combed limestone and custom white oak millwork can be seen in many areas of the house.

The made-for-hosting kitchen features a skylight, two marble-clad islands, and double sinks. Other highlights include a library and a gym that opens up to the backyard. In addition to the private gardens, the property also boasts a pool, a manicured lawn, a patio with a large wood-burning fireplace, and several other sitting areas for quiet reflection.
