Harris Real Estate has joined forces with Tanner Real Estate to expand the reach of the group.

The Announcement:

Harris Real Estate is excited to announce our merger with Tanner Real Estate as of May 1, 2024.

A respected entity with over two decades of service in the Mitcham council area, this strategic merger broadens our service offerings and signifies the joining of two complementary teams under the Harris brand.

The entire Tanner team will transition to Harris, and together, we are committed to providing exceptional service.

Leveraging our combined expertise and local market knowledge, we aim to enhance our presence in Mitcham and the surrounding suburbs.

By integrating the Tanner Daw Park and Blackwood offices into the Harris network, we are poised to deliver an enriched portfolio of property options and deeper market insights, ensuring a seamless real estate experience for our clients.

“Two of the most dominant real estate brands in the inner-south joining forces is an incredibly exciting time. We’re better together, and that can only mean better things for the industry, and for our clients,” Phil Harris, Managing Director of Harris Real Estate said.

“We are beyond thrilled to be merging with one of the most successful brands in Australia, and to start the next chapter of our boutique family-based business with Harris, going from strength to strength together,” Simon Tanner, Director and Founder of Tanner Real Estate said.

As we embark on this journey as a unified entity, we are committed to setting new standards in the real estate industry, offering expanded quality and service.

“We invite you to join us in this exciting new chapter, as we work together to forge a path of exceptional real estate experiences and community development.”
