Robert Killian is a respected sales agent with an impressive track record on the Northern Beaches, who also brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished careers in both the government and corporate sectors. 

A former NSW Police Detective and a leader in various significant roles, his strategic acumen is complemented by his education, including an MBA from the University of Sydney and studies at Stanford Graduate School of Business. 

Known for his skilled negotiation and deep market knowledge, particularly in his specialist suburbs of Curl Curl and North Curl Curl, Mr Killian has a proven track record of securing premium sales prices and delivering first-class service.

Joining Mr Killian is his wife, Deborah Killian, who is renowned for her warmth, exceptional results, and collaborative approach, making them a great business and life partnership. 

With a rich background spanning finance, insurance, sales, retail, IT, and government sectors, she brings a diverse skill set to the Cunninghams team. 

Her academic achievements, including a Masters from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, further distinguish her in the real estate field. 

Her meticulous attention to property presentation and her adeptness in buyer management ensure that each client’s journey from initial consultation to final handshake is handled with utmost care and precision.

Together, the couple are actively engaged members of the Curl Curl and North Curl Curl communities, contributing to local schools, sporting clubs, and charity events. 

Their deep community involvement not only enhances their local expertise but also embodies the community spirit that Cunninghams values.
