Leading Sydney property group BresicWhitney has appointed high-performing sales agent Blake Lowry to its established Inner West team.

Mr Lowry brings over 15 years of experience to the role and will focus on the suburbs of Stanmore, Marrickville and Petersham, where he has built a strong reputation.

A local Stanmore resident, Mr Lowry has earned multiple Agent of the Year accolades and joins BresicWhitney from a national real estate agency.

The appointment comes as BresicWhitney continues its strategic growth across Sydney’s key markets, following several high-profile appointments in the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, and Inner West teams.

“Blake is a true professional who is known for his unique blend of high performance, excellence, and integrity,” BresicWhitney Chief Executive Officer Thomas McGlynn said.

“His decision to join us represents his commitment to his clients, his local communities, and his ambition to achieve even greater success for them in 2025 and beyond.”

Mr Lowry said the move aligned with his career aspirations and the current market opportunity.

“Joining BresicWhitney represents the next phase of my career, and a fantastic opportunity for both my clients and I, to achieve even greater success than I’ve been fortunate to experience over the last 15 years,” Mr Lowry said.

“The Inner West is experiencing more demand from buyers at present than it perhaps ever has. BresicWhitney’s connected presence and inherent focus on client excellence and buyer work means that can capture and harness that.”

The appointment follows a successful 2024 for BresicWhitney, during which the group sold $2.5 billion of Sydney real estate through its team of 70+ market-specific agents across its office network.
