Award-winning principal duo Kate Spence and Chris Rayner have opened a new Belle Property office in the Lower Blue Mountains.

The Announcement:

Australia’s leading lifestyle real estate provider, Belle Property, has opened a new office in the Lower Blue Mountains, further establishing its iconic green brand in the region.

The new office will be led by award-winning principal duo Kate Spence and Chris Rayner, who have built a strong reputation for providing personalised and family-focused real estate services in the Blue Mountains for nearly three decades.

This office is part of a wave of openings in more regional and up-and-coming areas surrounding Sydney that have seen significant new growth, such as the recently opened office in the semi-rural suburb of Dural and the Rouse Hill office in the Hills District.

This development reflects Belle Property’s commitment to expanding nationally and solidifying its reputation as a trusted leader in the real estate industry.

Between Ms Spence and Mr Rayner, they have won Agent of the Year, in their core suburbs, 11 times since 2017 and are highly regarded in the local community for their integrity, passion for real estate, dedication to serving their clients, and delivery of outstanding results.

Kate and Chris were drawn to the Belle Property brand’s strong focus on premium service, professionalism and community values, which perfectly align with the duo’s approach to real estate.

“We want to be known for our personalised, family-friendly approach, where clients feel supported and informed throughout the entire buying or selling process,” Ms Spence said.

“Our focus is not just on driving sales, but on providing exceptional customer service, supporting local families, and contributing to the prosperity of the Lower Blue Mountains area.”

The Lower Blue Mountains real estate market has seen consistent growth over the past year, where homes range from heritage properties to modern family homes catering to a diverse demographic looking for affordable options compared to Sydney.

The strong local economy, good schools, close access to an outdoor lifestyle, and proximity to Sydney make it an attractive destination for families and individuals looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Commenting on the new opening is the newly appointed Head of NSW & ACT, Andrew Robinson: “Now is an excellent time for Belle Property to establish a foothold in the Lower Blue Mountains, and we are thrilled to welcome such a skilled local team with a thorough understanding of the local market and close connection to the community,” he said.

“I’m excited to see Kate and Chris take the Belle Property brand to the next level in the Blue Mountains region and I look forward to supporting them so that they can further thrive as agents.”
