Bella Hadid has a new man in her life after ending her two-year relationship with Marc Kalman. On October 17th, videos obtained by TMZ showed the supermodel in San Antonio, Texas with Adan Banuelos.

Banuelos is a Mexican-American cowboy (yes, that’s actually his job) and a horse trainer. The 34-year-old’s father, Ascension Banuelos, was also a renowned cowboy and is a member of the National Cutting Horse Association Riders Hall of Fame. In 2017, Adan was inducted in the same Hall of Fame, making him one of the youngest members of all time. In other words, he’s not just some random cowboy. He’s elite.

While specific details as to how the pair crossed paths have yet to be revealed, it is more than likely that they bonded over their shared love of horses. Hadid has long held a passion for equestrian and was even ranked nationally at one point. She hoped to ride professionally at the 2016 Olympics—something that she put on pause due to her Lymes disease diagnosis.

March 2024

Hadid is officially a Texas resident. After spending much of her time down South, TMZ reported on March 14th, that the model has purchased a home in a suburb outside of Forth Worth in order to be closer to her new beau. The outlet says that Banuelos also owns property not too far away (per TMZ, the couple are splitting time between their respective homes) and that Hadid’s new pad is “Close enough to urban amenities, so she doesn’t feel cut off from the world.”

In early March, Hadid and Banuelos continued to flaunt their relationship during a rodeo event in Arlington, Texas. On March 8th, the model cheered on her boyfriend, who was competing in the event, while wearing a backless top and a cowboy hat. Later, the couple were pictured sharing an embrace.

February 2024

On Valentine’s Day, Hadid hard launched her new relationship on Instagram. The supermodel shared a photo in which she is seen looking at Banuelos who was seated on a horse. “My valentine,” she captioned the photo.

On February 16th, Hadid shared another look at her relationship with Banuelos, this time from her 27th birthday back in October. Hadid held her birthday festivities in a barn where, alongside her mother Yolanda, she shared adorable PDA moments with Banuelos.

January 2024

Hadid kicked off the 2024 by competing in a horse riding competition under the watchful eye of Banuelos. In photos shared to Instagram, the model posted snaps of her horse, Metallic Tito, as well as a cropped shot in which she’s seen holding Banuelos’ hands. “Never stop trying new things,” Hadid wrote. “I feel lucky enough to have the opportunity to keep learning in life. Thank you Tito , I will never stop loving on you like this!”

Later, Banuelos also showed Hadid support with an Instagram post of his own.“Proud of our girl,” Banuelos said, adding “Bella and Metallic Tito taking home 3rd place at their first show out! Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this duo.”

October 2023

The first official sighting of Hadid and Banuelos came in mid-October. The pair were spotted in Fort Worth, Texas as they walked hand in hand and shared a kiss. Hadid, who wore a bell-bottom jeans and a leather jacket, and Banuelos were reportedly in good spirits during the afternoon outing as they visited businesses around the city.
