The Announcement:

Belle Property has expanded its Queensland presence with the opening of Belle Property Hervey Bay, under the leadership of experienced local agent Harrison Shaw.

Mr Shaw, a Fraser Coast local with extensive experience in both coastal and North Brisbane markets, brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to the new office.

The new business, situated in the heart of the Fraser Coast region, marks Belle Property’s strategic expansion into one of Queensland’s most affordable coastal markets.

Mr Shaw’s approach to real estate centres on delivering personalised, stress-free experiences for his clients.

“I don’t like to overcomplicate things. If there’s a problem, I tackle it efficiently and with a calm demeanour,” Mr Shaw said.

“I’m excited to bring the Belle Property brand to Hervey Bay, so we can continue delivering the same dedication to our clients, complemented by the high-end service that Belle Property is known for.”

The coastal town, known for its whale watching and proximity to K’gari, has maintained strong market performance, particularly attracting retirees and investors seeking holiday homes.

Mr Shaw sees a significant opportunity in the market’s current position.

“Now is an excellent time for potential buyers and investors to capitalise on the market before the city becomes an even more popular destination,” he said.

“The demand is expected to stay strong for the foreseeable future, presenting an exciting opportunity for new and returning investors.”

Belle Property Head of State Queensland, David Holmes, expressed confidence in the new operation.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Harrison Shaw and his team to Belle Property and establish a foothold for the brand on the Fraser Coast,” Mr Holmes said.

“Harrison’s core real estate values based on offering a personalised and stress-free real estate experience for his clients aligns perfectly with our own approach to real estate.”
