The stunning 5,400-square-foot property, acquired by the singer in 2022 for US$15 million, features a distinctive L-shaped design incorporating wood, stone, and glass elements throughout its contemporary structure according to Mansion Global.

According to listing agents James Harris and David Parnes of Carolwood Estates, the property embodies a rare synergy of architecture and nature, given the home’s seamless indoor-outdoor integration.

The residence boasts a dramatic two-story atrium filled with lush foliage, complemented by wood-beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame panoramic mountain views.

Located in an exclusive guard-gated community, the property shares its prestigious address with a number of other celebrities, including Lisa Vanderpump, Jessica Alba and Demi Moore.

The modern sanctuary includes three bedrooms and five bathrooms, with luxury amenities including a state-of-the-art gym, wellness area, home theatre, and studio office space.

The property’s outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a saltwater infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit, creating an ideal setting for both relaxation and entertainment.

The home’s history adds to its allure, having previously been owned by Warner Brothers CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck and built on the site of a former residence owned by Harry Styles.

Floor-to-ceiling walls of glass frame sweeping canyon and hillside views, with glitzy amenities encompassing a gym and wellness area, as well as a movie theatre and a studio/office.

Other features include a formal dining room topped with globe lighting, plus an adjacent living room sporting a two-way fireplace that connects on the other side to a gourmet kitchen seamlessly flowing to a covered outdoor lounge area.

There is also a large primary suite that hovers above the backyard’s saltwater infinity pool, a floating soapstone fireplace, and a concrete soaking tub.
