Place Estate Agents have appointing Charlotte Agace to drive expansion across the greater Brisbane area

The Announcement:

Place Estate Agents has introduced the new role of Growth Partner, appointing Charlotte Agace to drive the company’s expansion strategy.

Ms Agace will work under the guidance of Amy Wolter, Head of People and Human Resources, who has been with Place for more than two decades.

Place plans to expand into 18 new markets across the greater Brisbane area over the next eight years.

CEO Damian Hackett emphasised the goal of cultivating exceptional leaders and building authentic partnerships.

“After spending 22 years of refining our unique business model, Place is poised to scale responsibly and collaborate with outstanding individuals,” Mr Hackett said.

Ms Agace’s career journey includes experience in luxury travel planning, events management in Dubai, and real estate sales with a focus on luxury properties.

As Growth Partner, Ms Agace’s role is to highlight the Place experience across the industry and identify challenges that agents face.

“My overall goal is to help grow the Place family with talented and enthusiastic salespeople,” Ms Agace said.

“My focus is on facilitating smooth transitions and supporting the growth of our offices, showcasing the significant contributions our teams make.”

Ms Agace was drawn to Place for its dynamic approach and innovative real estate model.

“I wanted to be part of a company where culture is paramount, and Place offers that and more with its community feel and exceptional events,” she said.

Place offers a comprehensive support network, including performance coaching, HR assistance, and a collaborative environment with top performers.

The company’s HQ platform provides support across all aspects of real estate transactions, allowing agents to focus on client interactions and negotiations.
