After over a year on the market and a seven-figure price cut, actor Zoe Saldana has sold her Beverly Hills home, per Realtor.com. The Avatar star initially listed the property, which is located within the guard-gated Hidden Valley Estates enclave, in September 2023 for $16.5 million. She later put it up for rent at $47,500 per month. A series of cuts in February, April, and June 2024 followed, eventually discounting the dwelling to $13.95 million before it was relisted in September for a hair under $12 million. Per Realtor.com, the home sold for $10 million this month. Currently, Saldana resides in a home near Montecito, which she purchased for $17.5 million almost a year ago.

Her offloaded Colonial Revival–style home boasts a storybook atmosphere, with its ivy-covered white brick, manicured hedges, and sunny yellow door. The Guardians of the Galaxy star purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom manse from model and fashion mogul Kimora Lee Simmons before reportedly remodeling it to work in features like imported stone, intricate woodwork, and modern lighting. It was built in 1974.

The kitchen is complete with high-end appliances, forest green marble, and gold-trimmed cabinets. That elegant aesthetic continues in the living room, which is warmed by a stone fireplace and topped by a coffered ceiling. A family room and informal dining area lead out to the abode’s spacious backyard, which hosts a covered lounge area, a pool and spa, and a tennis court.

The luxe primary suite houses a massive double closet, a dressing room, and a lavish marble bathroom with a soaking tub and shower.
