Woodards has opened three new offices in Heidelberg, Lilydale and Reservoir, expanding its presence in key regions of Victoria.

The Announcement:

Woodards has marked a significant milestone with the opening of three new offices in Heidelberg, Lilydale and Reservoir during August.

“These three additional offices have expanded our footprint and reinforced our presence in key regions,” Nigel O’Neil, Woodards CEO said.

The Heidelberg office is led by Stasi Adgemis and Alec Stefanoski, both seasoned professionals and owners of Woodards Manningham, who were also named as Victoria’s “Young Guns”.

They will be joined by Jeevan Jey, a well-known agent within the Heidelberg area.

“We are excited to be growing not only the brand, but also our reach. Jeevan is a great addition to our team, and we look forward to growing our team and exposure within the City of Banyule,” Woodards Heidelberg Director, Stasi Adgemis said.

Woodards Lilydale will be led by Graham Reynolds and Bruno Cascianelli.

Both bring a wealth of local knowledge, exceptional track records and are actively involved with the local community.

“It’s a great honour to join the Woodards network. One of the key factors that led me to join Woodards was the strong brand and heritage,” Woodards Lilydale Director, Mr Reynolds said.

Mr O’Neil is confident that Reynolds and Cascianelli are the perfect candidates to uphold the reputation of Woodards in the Yarra Valley.

“Graham and Bruno both come to us with a wealth of knowledge that will benefit the Lilydale region exceptionally well,” Mr O’Neil said.

“With their local knowledge of the area and people, community focus and expertise of the industry, both Graham and Bruno are exactly the right fit to lead Woodards Lilydale.”

The Reservoir office is under the leadership of Mario Butera and Mario Lionetti, who also own the Woodards Northcote and Woodards Thornbury offices.

“The opening of the Reservoir office represents an exciting chapter for both Mario and myself, as well as the Woodards network,” Mr Butera said.

“The location is perfect and allows us to significantly enhance our presence in the northern suburbs and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.”

This current organic growth for Woodards and with new Principals wanting to join, demonstrate that there are exciting times ahead, as the network continues to grow with like-minded agents.
