William Gathercole has opened RWC Industrial City South, bringing his extensive experience in commercial and industrial real estate to the Ray White Commercial network.

The Announcement:

With over 18 years of experience in the commercial and industrial real estate sector, William Gathercole is stepping into business ownership with RWC Industrial City South.

Mr Gathercole said he specialises in the sales and leasing of industrial and mixed-use property within the South Sydney area.

“I have been privileged to work with some of the leading International real estate firms throughout my career which has given me the very best experience, knowledge and know-how to facilitate, firsthand, several of the largest real estate transactions within the South Sydney market,” he said.

“My experience and knowledge enables me to deliver focused and accurate strategy, as well as all of the services that will derive the desired successful outcomes for all my clients.”

Mr Gathercole said he is passionate about commercial real estate and “loves what he does”.

“In a world where so much information is at your fingertips, what differentiates the property is the person who is presenting it and who is handling the transaction,” he said.

“When you deal with me, you don’t get a standard one size fits all. I appreciate and realise that every customer has their own desired outcomes.

“Therefore, I tailor and customise the transaction so that the property, location or land will best suit the unique requirements and outcomes for all of my valued clients.”

With culture a key proponent to Mr Gathercole’s business, he said RWC was the perfect fit.

“What makes RWC different from other major firms is its people. Ray White is a family-owned company built around people and trusted relationships,” he said.

“The strength of the family culture is all about its people, and we all know a company is only as good as its people.

“RWC also has the vast resources and backup that has been developed over 122 years in the industry, making them one of the country’s leading and most esteemed real estate companies.

“I love the RWC brand and what it stands for.”

RWC head James Linacre welcomed Mr Gathercole to the RWC family.

“William has a huge amount of respect from key stakeholders in his market. His extensive knowledge of the South Sydney industrial market will be an asset to RWC,” Mr Linacre said.

“I look forward to supporting everything he achieves at RWC Industrial City South over the next 12 months and into the future.”
