Tom Holland made a hilarious video documenting how he almost got denied from buying his own non-alcoholic beer.

In a video posted via his Instagram Story on Tuesday, February 18, Holland, 28, brought viewers along on his mission to find his non-alcoholic beer brand, Bero, at Target.

“So I haven’t been in the States for a while,” Holland said in the video, which has since circulated on other social media platforms. “And I’m gonna go visit some Bero on the shelves, out in the wild.”

After going to two different Targets with no luck, the Spider-Man star said he eventually found Bero at a third Target store.

Tom Holland and Zendaya are lucky in love — and matching in burgundy — to celebrate the launch of his latest business venture. Holland and Zendaya, both 28, made a rare public appearance together on Thursday, October 24, at New York City’s Corner Bar. The couple were spotted sweetly holding hands as they exited the […]

“OK, so success! I found some, I bought it,” Holland said while walking through the store’s parking lot.

“They wouldn’t accept my ID because it’s English and I couldn’t prove my age, so a really lovely employee, I guess, scanned their ID,” Holland said.

“Kind of ironic that I wasn’t allowed to buy my own product. But yeah, feeling good. This is exciting,” he added.

Two years into his own sobriety journey, Holland launched Bero in October 2024.

“In early 2022, our founder, Tom Holland, decided to try Dry January. One month turned into one year, and the rest is history,” reads a statement on the brand’s website.

“It was during that first year that Tom was looking for something that just didn’t exist: a non-alcoholic beer that actually tastes great and looks as high-class as a perfectly poured pint. And so the idea for Bero was born,” the site continues.

Speaking on Late Night With Seth Meyers last fall, Holland said creating the brand “was a long process.”

“It was a very fun process [and] it was, you know, a lot of trial and error and I had my brothers try it, my friends and family. Everyone would come over and we would really try and figure out how to create something that felt like it was authentically beer,” he said.

“For me, in this journey to sobriety, the thing that I’ve missed most is more the experience of sharing a beer than it is actually the beer itself,” he added.
