The new Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is not wasting any time. On Tuesday, he laid out his plan to investigate the chronic disease epidemic that is plaguing our society today.

When running for president, Kennedy brought to light the issue that millions of Americans are facing — chronic disease — and now he is in a position to get to the bottom of why so many Americans are suffering.

President Trump’s Make America Healthy Again Initiative May Be Just What the Doctor Ordered

Kennedy said in his remarks on Tuesday:

“The childhood vaccine schedule, electromagnetic radiation, glyphosate, other pesticides, ultra processed foods, artificial food additives, SSRI and other psychiatric drugs, PFAs, PFOAs, microplastics.

“Some of the possible factors we will investigate were formally taboo or insufficiently scrutinized. Whatever belief or suspicion I have expressed in the past, I’m willing to subject them all to the scrutiny of unbiased science.

“That is gonna be our template: unbiased science. That’s something that will make us all proud of this agency and of our role in restoring American health.

“Let’s use protocols that we all agree on in advance and not alter the outcomes of the studies when they’re halfway through and that look inconvenient.

“Let’s all depoliticize these issues and reestablish a common ground or action and renew the search for existential truth with no political impediments and no preconceptions.”

Kennedy is correct; this should not be a political issue. He spoke more about why this is something that all Americans should unite behind:

RFK Jr. told truths that no public health official has been willing to admit for decades.

For example, a key “reason why our agencies have lost public trust is that they have become too politicized.”

“There’s no such thing as Democratic children or Republican children.”

“Science gets politicized when power and profit are involved, and power and profit are blind to compassion.”

“Reducing the influence of money, therefore, goes hand in hand with depoliticizing HHS.”

Per the CDC, chronic diseases are the leading cause of disease, illness, and death in America. An estimated 133 million Americans currently suffer from a chronic disease.

It’s time for somebody to act on what they say, and Kennedy seems serious about getting to the bottom of this epidemic. The CDC states that chronic disease in the United States costs $4.5 trillion annually, which is about 90 percent of the country’s healthcare costs. It should be in everybody’s best interest to tackle this issue.

Some disagree with Kennedy, and that’s fine, but what the establishment has tried for decades has not worked. The epidemic has worsened and negatively impacted more people than ever before. So, it’s time for an outsider to step in, and who better than someone like Kennedy, who has been discussing the need to address the epidemic for years.

The Make America Healthy Again movement, fueled by concerned parents across the country, is growing. These passionate advocates are uniting to demand cleaner food, safer products, and a healthcare system that prioritizes prevention over profit. They are driving a grassroots revolution that puts the well-being of future generations first.
