As we wrote earlier on Wednesday, President Joe Biden previously remarked on the horrific attack in New Orleans’ French Quarter by now-dead suspect Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who purposely drove a truck in to a crowd of revelers on the morning of New Year’s Day, killing at least 10 and injuring 35.

So, when President Joe Biden sent out this statement at 10:05 a.m. ET, he took great pains to mention his national security team and to ensure the nation that his administration is still in charge and they have everything under control.

On Wednesday evening at Camp David  Biden gave a press conference on both the attack and the explosion on Wednesday morning in Las Vegas, of a Tesla Cybertruck outside the Las Vegas Trump Hotel. The driver is believed to have been the only fatality in the Vegas incident.

His remarks were brief at just under five minutes.
