Welcome back to the mainland, Vanessa and Nick Lachey. According to Robb Report, the Love is Blind co-hosts have swapped their contemporary Hawaiian home for a farmhouse-style abode in Encino, Los Angeles.

The couple bought the nearly 7,000-square-foot Honolulu residence for $8.8 million in May 2022, after Vanessa was cast as the star of NCIS: Hawai’i in 2021, becoming the popular franchise’s first female lead. In April, the CBS series was canceled after three seasons. The Lacheys returned the resort-style dwelling to the market in June with a $9.8 million price tag.

Located near the beach, the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home is equipped with glass pocket doors, allowing its open-plan living spaces easy access to a backyard patio complete with a pool, a fire pit lounge area, and an alfresco living and dining space complete with a TV and a billiards table. The eat-in kitchen features a large island topped with a slab of Patagonia quartzite. A home office is also pictured, complete with NCIS: Hawai’i posters and 98 Degrees records framed on the wall.

Meanwhile, the Lacheys spent $6.8 million on their brand new California residence earlier this month. The six-bedroom dwelling spans 8,300 square feet and rests at the end of a cul-de-sac in a gated neighborhood. Wide-plank white oak floors, picture windows, and crisp white walls are found throughout. Some of the home’s more unique features include a safe room “built to bank-grade standards,” per the listing; an entertainment space in the basement complete with a sizable wet bar, a wine wall, and a media room; and heated floors in each of its nine bathrooms. A colossal stone island anchors the kitchen, which also boasts a walk-in butler’s pantry.
