Trump Throws 4th Of July Fit In 'Disgraceful' New Holiday Tantrum

Donald Trump on Thursday fired off a message that started out with “Happy Fourth of July,” but all references to the holiday ended there.

Instead, the former president launched a lengthy attack on President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and special counsel Jack Smith, who is prosecuting Trump in the classified documents case in Florida and Jan. 6 case in Washington.

Trump dismissed Biden as “highly incapable” and mocked the shifting explanations for his poor performance at last week’s debate. He referred to the vice president as “Laffin’ Kamala Harris” and taunted her for dropping out of the 2020 presidential race before the voting began. And he ripped Smith as “deranged.”

Trump is prone to using holidays as excuses to attack his opponents, including an all-caps Father’s Day message last month accusing “radical left degenerates” of creating “third world status” in the country. He also called the judges in his legal cases “human scum” in his Memorial Day message, and for Christmas he told his critics to “ROT IN HELL.”

His latest message didn’t go over very well among his critics:
