Mainstream media wanted to pretend that President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline wasn’t observable until his bad time at the one debate he had with President-elect Donald Trump.
A recent Wall Street Journal report explained how they’ve been covering up the decline going back since the start of his time occupying the White House.
Of course, the decline has been evident, and we’ve been reporting on it extensively for years. It was all there to be seen — if they were honest.

The problem, of course, was many weren’t; they were more fixated on pushing the Democratic narrative. Even now they’re reporting on Biden’s opinion that had he not been shoved to the side, he would have won, a truly delusional take.

Now Trump just dropped a brutal clip on Truth Social showing the breadth of the cover-up/denial across the Democratic spectrum. All the people who protested over all this time how sharp Biden was, how much energy he had, or how on his game he was.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre repeatedly claimed he was fine, even protested the nature of the question, saying she “couldn’t even keep up with him [Biden].” DHS head Alejandro Mayorkas said meetings with Biden were tough because he was “sharp, intensely probing, detail oriented and focused.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi claimed — yes, the same person behind the effort to later shove Biden to the side — Biden had “vision, knowledge,” and that he was “a strategic thinker.” As she said that, you could see Anderson Cooper looking at her, like, “Are you kidding?”
Then there was Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA), Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE), Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, Attorney General Merrick Garland, Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY), Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC), Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and General Mark Milley.
All of these people have a lot for which to answer on this. And that’s just a short list; there were many more people and instances.
Of course, the lady who had reason to know before all the others, Jill Biden, kept protesting about Joe’s “wisdom” and how his age was an asset. He wasn’t wise even before the cognitive decline, so she was just full of it. But she didn’t think she had any obligation to tell us anything; she was apparently more interested in occupying the White House than being honest with the American people or looking out for the best interests of her husband.
But perhaps in a supreme example of karma, all the scrambling and covering came back and bit them in the butt when they were caught short, shoving him aside after the debate and swapping in Kamala. Had they not put him forward in the primary, they might have been able to get another candidate with a better chance.
So they effectively screwed themselves. The public roundly rejected the lies and the machinations and selected Trump.
