Troy Sheehan is headed to the Sunshine State after being appointed general manager of Ray White Sherwood | Graceville.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr Sheehan intends to take the blue-chip business in Brisbane’s leafy western suburbs to the next level by working on structures and systems to improve efficiencies.

He’s looking to grow the business alongside director of sales, Cameron Crouch and director of property management, Aimee Carding.

Mr Sheehan is a licensed auctioneer with a proven track record and said he was extremely excited to have joined such a well-established and respected business.

“I’m enjoying my role thoroughly, working alongside a great group of real estate professionals and people while adding a little of my flavour to the business as we grow together for the future,” Mr Sheehan said.

“From day one of being introduced to the Queensland network, I was impressed by the overall quality of the people within the Ray White organisation, together with the technology platforms readily available to business leaders and people within the businesses.”

He said that he was enjoying the new location and working with a high-performing team.

“I fell in love with the diversity within our core market place of Sherwood and Graceville for both sales and property management as well as the quality of people leading the organisation being Cameron and Aimee,” Mr Sheehan said.

“I’m looking forward to building out a culture that facilitates the growth and fulfilment of all of our people while focussing on a key set of company values on our journey of growth.”

Ray White Sherwood | Graceville Principal Cameron Crouch said he was excited to welcome Mr Sheehan to the team.

“His extensive experience and proven ability to drive transformative change makes him the perfect fit for our vision of growth and expansion,” Mr Crouch said.

“With Troy at the helm, we are confident in our ability to reach new heights and achieve unparalleled success.”

Mr Crouch said Mr Sheehan’s dedication to excellence and relentless pursuit of success align seamlessly with their organisational ethos, making him the ideal candidate to help lead them into the future.

“With more than two decades of invaluable experience in the real estate industry, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, along with a proven track record of driving remarkable results,” he said.

“Troy’s multifaceted role will see him collaborating closely with all departments, implementing strategic structures and systems aimed at optimising operations across administration, sales and property management.”
