The Announcement:

Raine & Horne Rural has expanded its office network by 15 per cent over the last financial year, adding new offices in regional NSW and Queensland to better serve farmers, corporates, lifestyle buyers, and investors.

Under the leadership of Mr Travis Wentriro, Regional & Rural Network Manager, the brand has flourished, opening new offices in locations such as Casino, Quirindi and Murrurundi and several in Queensland, reaching a record high number of offices.

“Our network has grown significantly since we relaunched the Raine & Horne Rural brand last year,” Mr Wentriro said.

“We’ve opened or rebranded offices in NSW in locations such as Casino, Quirindi, Murrurundi, and several locations in Queensland, bringing our total of Raine & Horne Rural offices to a record high.”

Mr Wentriro’s extensive background in the agricultural sector and experience in rural areas has been invaluable in driving this growth and supporting the network.

A country boy, Mr Wentriro grew up in the remote outback town of Coober Pedy, South Australia, where his family lived for 25 years.

After finishing boarding school in Adelaide, he returned home and spent the early years of his career working on large-scale cattle properties in Far-North South Australia.

“I grew up in the bush and have worked extensively in the agricultural sector, which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in rural areas,” Mr Wentriro said.

“This hands-on experience and enthusiasm for the agricultural sector is invaluable in my role today, where I clock close to 45,000 kilometres a year supporting our offices and identifying new opportunities.”

Before transitioning to real estate, Mr Wentriro also had a diverse career in mining and recruitment, always rooted in regional Australia.

One notable rebranding under Mr Wentriro’s leadership is the former independent Bettington Rural’s offices in Quirindi and Murrurundi located on the Liverpool Plains of NSW, which have now joined the Raine & Horne Rural family.

Principal of Raine & Horne Rural Quirindi and Raine & Horne Rural Murrurundi, Jake Williams, said Raine & Horne has a long-standing presence in this part of NSW, which is why Travis Wentriro wanted to reestablish an office in Quirindi.

“It’s a well-known brand here,” Mr Williams said.

“We are excited to promote the Raine & Horne Rural brand, especially with its ecosystem of technology-first solutions such as the AI-powered social media marketing platform, Amplify. This level of technology appeals to younger generations when they decide to sell or buy rural properties.”

“Our brand has been around for 141 years and has been involved in rural property sales since the beginning. Our rapid office expansion in the 2023/24 financial year is a testament to our commitment to rural Australia,” Mr Wentriro said.

“Our goal is to continue building on the presence of Raine & Horne Rural across Australia, ensuring we offer unparalleled support and expertise to our regional and rural clients.”
