November marks a new chapter in Leanne Bojarski’s career as the Victoria Point real estate agent moves from team leader to business owner with the opening of RE/MAX On Point.

Ms Bojarski and her team previously operated as ‘Agents On Point’ with RE/MAX Bayside and RE/MAX Results under Hayley Van de Ven’s leadership since 2022.

A real estate professional for almost a decade, Ms Bojarski has been with the RE/MAX network for two years.

“Hayley’s leadership and mentorship throughout my career has been incredibly influential and I value her as a mentor and friend,” Ms Bojarski said.

“Her belief, encouragement and continued support has been amazing and I’m looking forward to continuing to work in close connection with her and her team into the future.”

“Real estate is not a job, it’s a lifestyle and it certainly isn’t for the faint-hearted and having the support of not only my mentor, Hayley, but being part of an international brand which is at the forefront of the industry is really encouraging,” she said.

Based in Victoria Point, the sales team includes Ms Bojarski, John Dixon, Rita Suters and Jill Birocchi, servicing Victoria Point and the broader Islands and Bayside areas.

The office will maintain its property management services through RE/MAX Bayside’s property management division.

“We have a solid team and deliver a high quality of service to our clients, that will always be the case,” Ms Bojarski said.

“Our team are very close nit and we work well together because we share the same values and beliefs in what service should be.”

Currently ranked amongst the top three teams in RE/MAX Australia for September, the team is looking forward to their next chapter.

RE/MAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren welcomed the new office.

“It has been a fantastic year for Leanne and this is significant leap for her into business ownership,” Mr Davoren said.

“Leanne is a great operator and coming off a great year for her, we’re excited to continue to support her into her new venture with RE/MAX On Point.”
