President Donald Trump is wasting no time getting things done. As some like Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld said, he seems to have done more in 24 hours than Joe Biden did his whole time occupying the White House.
One of his major focuses was a raft of executive actions related to securing the border, including bringing back the “Remain in Mexico policy, finishing the border wall, declaring a national emergency at the border, and stopping the CBP One App.

The tip of his spear is Border Czar Tom Homan, who hasn’t been shy about laying out their agenda. Homan noted the effect already on illegal entry at the border.
“That is a gamechanger.”

Plus, the deportations are now underway, as Homan noted.
They’re starting with the most important deportations, the illegal aliens who have committed additional crimes. He explained to CNN’s Dana Bash how sanctuary cities make it harder and more dangerous when they refuse to let them pick up the illegal aliens at the jails, so then they have to go into the general community to get them. Bash wanted to know if this was going to be limited to those with criminal records, but Homan brought her up short.

He said that while the criminal aliens were the first targets, if they were with other illegal aliens, authorities would enforce the immigration laws and arrest and deport other illegal aliens as well. “ICE is going to enforce the immigration law,” he said.
That seemed to make Bash flip out, as Townhall reported.
“Let me just make sure that I understand what you’re saying, because at first you said that the first targets are those with criminal records, but you are also saying that those who are undocumented in the U.S. who don’t have criminal records, people who are working in their communities, maybe even have spouses who are American citizens, they could be swept up by ICE today as well?” she asked.
“Undocumented” is a lie and Orwellian word revision from Bash. These people are not “undocumented,” they’re illegal aliens. And entry is illegal.
Homan made it very clear.
“What I’m telling you is, when we go find our priority target, which is a criminal alien, if he’s with others in the United States illegally, we’re going to take enforcement action against him,” Homan replied. “We’re going to enforce the immigration law.”
Imagine that Bash thinks it’s unusual that the law will now be enforced. But that’s where Democrats have taken us with their failure to enforce statutes. Actual enforcement is now something to be noted, when it should be the norm.
Homan’s point is also going right over the heads of the sanctuary cities. Their actions are actually putting more people in potential danger and getting more illegal aliens deported, rather than just having ICE pick illegal aliens up at the jail.
There’s finally action — and the left can’t stop it.
