Millions of people across the South continue to deal with the aftermath of Francine, the powerful storm system that slammed Louisiana as a Category 2 hurricane. No deaths have been reported, but hundreds of rescues have taken place. NBC’s Kathy Park reports and TODAY’s Al Roker tracks the latest forecast.
