Now, as both immigrant communities and full-fledged US citizens live in fear of arrests, the Trump administration apparently thought it’d be cute to celebrate uprooting people’s lives with a rhyme.

Yes, the official White House Instagram account shared a Valentine’s Day post featuring the heads of Trump and his border czar, Tom Homan, along with the words: “Roses Are Red Violets Are Blue Come Here Illegally And We’ll Deport You.”

As you can imagine, people were shocked when scrolling led them to stumble upon the post.
