Homely is proud to announce the winners of one of Australia’s most prestigious real estate accolades, The Homely Awards.

The inaugural Homely Awards has generated an unprecedented amount of excitement in the industry.

Shining a spotlight on agents and agencies that have set the gold standard in sales performance, vendor trust, and innovative property marketing, these awards celebrate the exceptional achievements of the Australian real estate industry’s star performers.

Winners have been selected based on comprehensive, data-driven evaluations, ensuring that each accolade is a true reflection of measurable excellence.

The awards cover a range of categories at both national and state levels, with the winners being selected through a meticulous, data-driven process.

With over 150 winners across state and national titles, the awards featured some standout names. Among them, Mike Lao from Eview Group, Josh Tesolin from Ray White Quakers Hill, and Nick Clarke from Clarke & Co Agents secured spots in the Best Residential Agent top lister category.

The Best Residential Agency title was claimed by Ray White Upper North Shore, with Gary Peer & Associates in Caulfield and Ouwens Casserly Real Estate from South Australia also earning recognition in state categories.

Michael Talia from Woodards Manningham and Zsofi Popplewell from Laguna Real Estate were among the top winners in the Most Trusted Property Manager category, while Carly Schilling from Harcourts South Coast took out the national award for Australia’s top Area Expert.

In the Best Sales Marketing Campaign category, Tim Heavyside from HEAVYSIDE and Helen Yan from Ray White were recognised in Victoria, with Paul Merrick from Merrick Property Group representing NSW. The Best Rental Marketing Campaign national title was awarded to RT Edgar Boroondara.
