We’ve reported extensively on what should be considered one of the top political scandals of the century: the years-long conspiracy by the media, the First Family, high-level Democrats and the corrupt corporate press to hide the reality of Joe Biden’s mental decline from the public. Now, as the president prepares to become the former president tomorrow, Monday, more and more stories keep dribbling out from accomplices like Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), who are revealing that the signs were there for all to see but he and his ilk simply fibbed about it.
Yeah, I lied, so what? Shameless Schumer: Chuck Now Admits He Helped Shove Biden Out, Gaslit Public on President’s Decline
Here’s three-plus minutes of the media lying to you:

Democrats are not known for feeling shame (see: the Clintons), and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries was no exception as he appeared on NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday. When confronted by host Kristen Welker about whether he misled the American people, he shimmied around like a teen on a disco dancefloor in his ridiculous attempts at explaining himself. She played a tape from February 2024 of him saying, “…Joe Biden is definitely the strongest candidate to defeat Donald Trump.”
Then she asked him point-blank (good for her; real questions aren’t always a thing at NBC when they’re talking with Democrats): “What do you say to Americans who believe you and other top Democrats misled them?”
Turn on the gaslight:
Well, Joe Biden was the incumbent president at the time. He was the candidate at the time. And I supported him at the time. And that was the right thing to do based on the incumbent president making the decision that he was going to run. Obviously things changed in late June and early July. But I think what’s most important at this moment is not for us to look backwards, but to look forward, solve problems for hard-working American taxpayers, and get things done. That’s what the American people want to happen. That’s the message that I interpret from the November election. And that’s the work that House Democrats are prepared to do to make sure we’re improving the quality of life for working-class Americans, not the wealthy, the well off, or the well-connected.
Well, that was a word salad signifying nothing that would make Kamala Harris proud, am I right? “This moment is not for us to look backwards,” he claimed. You have to be kidding me. This is the exact time to be looking at what you and your cohorts did—you endangered America in your desperate thirst for power, and such subterfuge must never be allowed to happen again.
Watch (it’s cued up to the right spot):
The exchange wasn’t even over; Welker pressed him further, but he just spewed out more canned lines and refused to take any responsibility,
WELKER: Leader Jeffries, I guess just bottom line. Do you believe you had a responsibility to be more forthcoming about what you had seen behind closed doors as it relates to President Biden?
JEFFRIES: What I saw behind closed doors was a president who was working hard to get things done to deliver for the American people on infrastructure, on driving down the high price of life saving prescription drugs, on bringing domestic manufacturing jobs back home to the United States of America. It’s important to understand that President Biden inherited three different catastrophes on Day One: a democracy catastrophe, a public health catastrophe and an economic catastrophe, all at the same time, and worked hard to put America in the strongest possible position moving forward.
Just pathetic. No sense at all that what he did was immoral and damaging to the country. The word “leader” ought to be removed from his title.
Jeffries always comes off to me as particularly sanctimonious, and I’ve learned over time that the more pious a Democrat pretends to be, the more you know they’re lying (see: Adam Schiff).
The Democrats and the media really exposed themselves with this scandal, and I think they’re going to be paying for it for a long time. Who could trust any of them at this point?
