The Announcement:

Harcourts is making its return to Hope Island with the opening of Harcourts Rodgers Group (RG), under the leadership of Tamara and Oliver Rodgers.

The pair bring over 30 years of combined real estate expertise and have established themselves as one of the top-performing sales and property management teams on the Northern Gold Coast.

Since 2017, the team has maintained an impressive 4.9-star Google rating—the highest in the region—and achieved an average market time of just 20 days for properties.

“Our focus is not just on transactions but on building lasting relationships with our clients and the community,” Mr Rodgers said.

“We believe in creating a legacy of trust and success, one property and one client at a time.”

The new office will continue to embody Harcourts’ client-first philosophy, with a focus on personal, tailored service.

Ms Rodgers emphasized their commitment to a personalized approach.

“Since 2017, we’ve proudly serviced the Northern Gold Coast region as a family-owned real estate agency that puts its clients first,” Ms Rodgers said.

“With us, you are never just a number. Selling or managing your home is not simply a transaction; we’re personally invested in helping you achieve your property dreams.”

The team has specialized training in luxury home sales from globally recognised organisations and maintains active involvement in the community through sponsorship of North Gold Coast Touch and support of Wildcare Australia.

Harcourts Queensland CEO Greg Allan expressed his enthusiasm for the new partnership.

“We’re stoked to have Oliver, Tamara and their team bring the Harcourts brand and high level service back to Hope Island,” Mr Allan said.

“They’re amazing people with a genuine focus on providing the best outcomes for their clients.”
