Collaboration and innovation form part of the next strategic move for successful business leaders Peter Catanzariti and Jean Brown, who have this week joined RE/MAX Australia.

RE/MAX has welcomed successful brokers Peter and Jean, along with their extensive team to the network as the established office look to the future with excitement as RE/MAX United.

Consolidating their businesses offered the opportunity to further grow their organisation with a client-first, people-first approach.

With eyes on the future, Ms Brown and Mr Catanzariti felt RE/MAX supported their office’s evolving needs, supporting their plans for expansion and further growth.

Managing Director and Head of Sales Mr Catanzariti said the opportunity to join a network at the forefront of innovation, while providing a platform and community dedicated to supporting growth, led to the decision to join RE/MAX.

“The opportunity to collaborate and be innovative in the way in which we operate, with the support of the network is as valuable to us as the opportunity to give back to the network,” Mr Catanzariti said.

“We know how to run a successful business and the support from RE/MAX in terms of our individual business goals and the opportunity to try new things, be innovative and focus on building our business, we feel align with our plans for the future.”

Following a client-first, people-first approach, General Manager and Head of Property Management Jean Brown said that their ultimate goal has always been to build an infinite business and one in which their team can thrive.

“We’re goal-orientated, but we really focus on building our business around our team. Our agents and property managers all have their individual goals, and we want to build our business around what they want and what they need to be able to achieve that.

“RE/MAX brings the balance of big brand support with the opportunity to remain unique and be innovative,” Ms Brown said, adding “in terms of business, it’s the best of both worlds.”

With a team of over 60 real estate professionals and administration staff, the diversity of the team is extensive both in terms of experience and expertise.

“Our team is dynamic and we’ve created a fantastic environment where we are all aligned culturally. Extending on that is what led us to RE/MAX, and the response from our team has been fantastic.”

RE/MAX Australia’s managing director Joel Davoren shared his enthusiasm in Peter and Jean joining the RE/MAX network.

“We’re thrilled to have Peter, Jean and their team join RE/MAX Australia and as a network look forward to welcoming and celebrating the ongoing collaboration with RE/MAX United,” Mr Davoren said.

“Peter and Jean follow an excellent example of the type of leadership and culture that align with the RE/MAX Australia brand, and with their already established team we look forward to encouraging and supporting their plans for further growth.”
